We provide study abroad consultancy services including consulting, university shortlisting, application assistance, SOP / LOR review, visa guidance, IELTS / TOEFL / PTE coaching support, scholarship guidance, and pre-departure support.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 years and above. By engaging with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• Accurate, complete and truthful information at all times.
• Submit documents (academic records, passport, financial statements) within the requested timeframes.
• Respond promptly to communication regarding your application or visa.
• Pay all applicable fees as agreed in your service agreement.
• Disclose any prior visa rejections or academic backlogs upfront.

• Service fees are communicated in writing before engagement and are payable as per the agreed schedule.
• University application fees, visa fees, IELTS / TOEFL / PTE registration fees, courier charges, and translation costs are separate and payable directly by the student.
• All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where explicitly stated in your service agreement.

We offer professional guidance and end-to-end support, but final decisions on admissions, scholarships, and visa approvals rest entirely with the respective universities, scholarship boards, and visa authorities. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship awards or visa approval, and we are not liable for refusals or delays caused by these third parties.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the start of engagement. Third-party payments (application fees, visa fees, university deposits) are non-refundable through us as they are collected and retained by the respective institutions.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and study materials — is the property of SP Overseas Education and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SP Overseas Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

We treat all client information as confidential and share it only with partner universities, visa authorities or third parties strictly as needed for delivering services — and only with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, fees paid for completed work remain non-refundable, and any documents submitted will be returned or securely destroyed as per your preference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
